What Our Clients Actually Say About Us
We’ve helped businesses generate millions in revenue, provided years of reliable technical support, and rescued companies from digital disasters. But don’t take our word for it – here’s what our clients have to say.

Kane built my website for my company and it has helped to generate millions of dollars in revenue. He is a true professional and I would highly recommend his services.

Lowther Castle & Gardens – are delighted with the service provided by Mitchell Digital. They are responsive, efficient and effective.

At Cosmetic Skin & Laser Center, we’ve had Kane as our web developer for one year and we’re so grateful for him! In addition to providing excellent website/WordPress support and maintenance, he goes above and beyond – truly caring about helping with design to boost conversion rates and strengthen your brand’s online reputation. Very highly recommended.

I can’t praise Kane enough! He has build a great website that I’m over the moon with. There has been fantastic communication from the beginning and everything on the website is what was asked for and more. Kane is definitely one of the best in his field, I have and will continue to recommend him for this kind of work in the future.

Get Found By Customers Who Already Need What You Sell
If someone in Durham searches “specialist contractor near me” and your competitor appears first, you’ve just lost that enquiry. I make sure your business shows up when local customers search for what you actually do.
This isn’t about gaming Google. It’s about clarity: making it obvious who you serve, where you operate, and what problems you solve. I structure your site so search engines (and humans) instantly understand what you offer and who it’s for.
You get: clearer positioning on your service pages, location-specific landing pages where needed, and a site structure that answers “what/who/where” at every level.
Your Website Should Filter Out Time-Wasters, Not Create Them
How many enquiries do you get from people who can’t afford you, aren’t in your area, or want something you don’t offer? Every one of those wastes 10–20 minutes of your time.
I build websites that pre-qualify leads for you. Clear pricing signals, detailed FAQs that answer the “basic” questions, and filtering language that tells the wrong people to look elsewhere. The result? Fewer enquiries, but better ones.
This is what “conversion” actually means: not more traffic, but more conversations with people who are already half-sold when they pick up the phone.

Answers to Your Website Questions
How can you increase my business revenue with a website?
If you don’t have a website or your current site isn’t performing, you’re missing potential customers every day. Most sites fail because they don’t answer basic questions like “who do you actually serve?” or “what makes you different from the three competitors I’m also looking at?”
I focus on creating websites that convert visitors into good-fit leads. First, we’ll have an honest conversation about your business challenges and target audience. Then I’ll build messaging that answers objections before they arise and proof that shows you’re credible.
If I don’t think I can help – or you’re already doing everything right – I’ll tell you straight. No time wasted.
I already have a website. How can I improve it?
Most websites I audit have the same three problems:
- Vague messaging that doesn’t explain what you actually do or who it’s for
- No proof that you’re credible (no reviews, case studies, or specific outcomes)
- Missing FAQs that force people to ring you with basic questions about pricing, process, or location
I’ll show you exactly where you’re losing enquiries and what to fix first. Sometimes it’s a 2-hour content update. Sometimes it’s a full rebuild. Either way, you’ll know the truth about what’s holding you back.
Why do you require professional photography?
I don’t – yet. I’m currently using stock imagery on this my site because I haven’t invested in professional photography myself (budget constraints, just like you).
But here’s the truth: in the age of AI-generated everything,
Real photos are a trust multiplier. Stock images scream “I’m hiding something.” Professional photos of you, your team, or your work prove you’re a real business.
If you can’t afford photography right now, we’ll plan for it. We’ll build the site to work without it, then slot in real imagery when you’re ready. But I won’t pretend stock photos are good enough long-term – because they’re not.
I don't know what I want. Can you help?
That’s exactly why I interview you first. Most business owners know their service inside-out but can’t translate it into web copy that sells.
I ask the right questions to extract your differentiators, proof points, and the objections you hear most often. Then I structure it into clear messaging that makes sense to your target customer. You don’t need to know “what you want” – that’s my job.
You just need to show up for a 60–90 minute interview and answer honestly.
How long does it take to build a website?
From interview to live site: typically 3–4 weeks, assuming you review and approve content promptly.
The interview happens in week 1. Content structure and copy in week 2. You review and approve. Build happens in week 3. Launch in week 4.
Critical: If you can’t review content within agreed timelines, the project pauses. I can’t build a site that converts without your input – so this only works if you’re ready to engage.
What if I want to make changes after launch?
You can make basic updates yourself (I’ll show you how), or I can do them for you on a monthly retainer. Most clients choose the retainer because it’s faster and they’d rather focus on their actual business.
The retainer isn’t just “fixing broken things” – it’s actively improving the site over time. Adding new FAQs based on questions you’re hearing. Expanding service pages. Testing new messaging. The site should grow with your business, not stay static.
Do you work with businesses outside Barnard Castle?
Yes. About 60% of my clients are outside the UK. Location doesn’t matter for professional services websites – clarity and proof work everywhere.
That said, I specialise in helping local businesses get found in their area. If you’re a plumber in Durham or a solicitor in Darlington, I’ll make sure you show up when people in your patch search for what you do.
Who is this NOT a good fit for?
This process isn’t for everyone. You’re not a fit if:
- You want a “quick brochure site” to tick a box (my process takes time for a reason)
- You won’t invest in credibility (no reviews, no proof, no real imagery planned)
- You can’t review and approve content within agreed timelines (I need your input)
- You’re an e-commerce business (I focus on professional services, not product catalogues)
If that’s you, no hard feelings – but we’re not the right fit. I’d rather tell you now than waste your time.
